Sustainable substances

We use only GOTS and standard 100 by OEKO-TEX® certified substances for our fair fashion. We only use natural fibers that are biodegradable. Every fabric is traceable up to its origin and both the certification and our suppliers guarantee us environmentally friendly and fair working conditions.

Organic fabrics to feel good

In addition to sustainable certification and traceability of our fabrics, we also attach great importance to high quality so that you can wear and love your garments for a long time. We make no compromises on this point: Our fabrics feel pleasant on the skin and at the same time meet the demands of everyday life, so that you can feel comfortable in our clothing all day long.

GOTS Global Organic Textile Standard

The GOTS seal is the world's leading standard for the processing of fabrics made from organic natural fibers. It defines high-level environmental and social criteria that must be adhered to along the entire textile production chain. With GOTS-certified fabrics, you can be sure that the entire production - from the fiber to the fabric - takes place under environmentally friendly and socially fair conditions.

MATERIALS

Organic cotton (GOTS, kbA)

In comparison to conventional cotton, pesticides and toxic chemicals are not used in the cultivation and processing of organic cotton. Genetically modified seeds are prohibited. Although organic cotton requires the same amount of water as conventional cotton, organic cotton mainly uses rainwater. Our organic cotton fabrics are all GOTS certified.

TENCEL™ Lyocell

Tencel is a cellulose fiber obtained from wood from sustainable forestry and is 100% biodegradable. The fabric has an exceptionally smooth surface with a silky feel. Tencel is manufactured using a closed-loop process, meaning the solvents from production are filtered and can be returned to the cycle. Tencel feels comparable to viscose: silky flowing, breathable, wrinkle-resistant. We only use 100 by OEKOTEX® - certified Tencel from the Austrian company LENZING.

ECOVERO™ viscose

ECOVERO viscose is the most environmentally friendly viscose fiber. The cellulose fiber is obtained from wood from sustainable forestry and is certified with the EU Ecolabel because it meets high environmental standards throughout its entire life cycle. It is 100% biodegradable. ECOVERO viscose has a soft drape, feels pleasant on the skin and has a silky sheen. The fabric is breathable and wrinkle-resistant. We only use 100 by OEKOTEX® - certified ECOVERO viscose from the Austrian company LENZING.

Cupro

Cupro - also known as vegan silk - is obtained from the short fibers of cotton bolls, which are a waste product from cotton fabric production. Our cupro was manufactured by the Japanese company Asahi Kasei using a closed-loop process, meaning the solvents are filtered after production and the water can be reused. Cupro has the same look and feel as silk, is breathable and 100% biodegradable. Compared to real silk, cupro can be washed in the washing machine on a gentle cycle. We only use 100 by OEKOTEX® - certified cupro.
