What are your shipping costs?
In Germany we ship orders from 100 € free of charge by DHL or Deutsche Post.
For orders below 100 € the shipping costs in Germany are 4,90 €.
For all orders from all other EU countries the shipping costs are 8,90 €. We ship internationally on request.
What are your return shipping costs?
You can return your unworn items to us within 14 days. The return shipment within Germany is free of charge.
Returns from all other EU countriesneeds to be paid by the customer. Sign up for Paypal-Retour and get your return shipping costs refunded.

What payment methods do you accept?
With us you can currently pay with the following payment methods:

How long does shipping take?
In general, shipping within Germany takes 1 – 3 days, to other EU countries 5 – 10 days. In rare cases there may be delays in delivery by the shipping service provider. We always try to inform you about the current shipping status of your goods.
How safe is shopping in your shop?
All data in our shop is encrypted by SSL certificate. This protects your sensitive data from misuse. You can find more information in the privacy policy.
What will happen after my order?
After your order you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail immediately.
Payment in advance
If you have chosen the payment method prepayment, the order confirmation contains our bank information to settle the outstanding purchase amount. As soon as the payment has been credited to our account, we will ship your goods immediately.
Payment by Paypal, credit card, instant bank transfer or Giropay
After your order we will send your goods immediately, so that they arrive within the next 1 – 3 days. To other EU countries the delivery time is 5 – 10 days.
Will I receive an invoice for my order?
After your order you will receive an invoice by e-mail. Additionally you can download your invoices at any time in your customer account.

What do I do if an article does not fit me?
It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item does not fit you, you can return it within 14 days. The return shipment within Germany is free of charge. The return shipment from all other EU countries needs to be paid by the customer. We make every effort to present our articles as realistically as possible with detailed descriptions, good photo representations and size specifications. If the item still does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days. The return shipment within Germany is free of charge. How do I care for my clothing?
Please note the care instructions on our articles.
In general we tend to wash our clothes too hot. In order to keep your favourite clothes in good condition for as long as possible, we recommend washing at low temperatures between 30° and 40° C in a gentle wash cycle.
Drying in the dryer is also very popular because of the time it saves. The dryer puts a lot of strain on the fibres of the clothing and they lose their durability. Natural fibres tend to shrink when heated, so your clothes could be tighter and shorter afterwards.
