What are the return costs?
You can return your unworn items to us within 14 days. Return shipping within Germany is free.
The return costs from other EU countries are to be borne by the buyer. Sign up for Paypal-Retour and get your return costs reimbursed.

When will I receive my order?
Our delivery time is about 10-14 days. We need about 7 days to manufacture your garment and shipping takes about another 3 days.
Please understand that the delivery times can take longer than usual if the order volume is very high. In this case you will receive a message from us.
How secure is shopping in your shop?
All data in our shop is encrypted using an SSL certificate. This protects your sensitive data from misuse. For more information, see Privacy Policy.
What happens after my order?
After placing your order, you will immediately receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
Payment in advance
If you have selected the payment method in advance, the order confirmation will contain our bank information to settle the outstanding purchase amount. As soon as the payment has been credited to our account, we will send your goods to you as soon as they are complete.

After your order we will send your goods as soon as they are finished.
Will I receive an invoice for my order?
After placing your order, you will receive an invoice by email and it is also included with your order. You can also download your invoices from your customer account at any time.
How do I return an item?
It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item doesn't fit or you don't like it, you can send it back within 14 days. Return shipping within Germany is free. The return for orders outside of Germany are to be borne by the buyer. As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount using the payment method you previously selected. You can order the returnhere.
What size should I order?
In the size table and for each item in the shop you will find the body measurements for our sizes. In addition, you will also find instructions on how to measure your body.
Did you know that we make every garment to measure? Tell us your measurements in the notes of your order and we will contact you after your order. Please note that made-to-measure products are excluded from returns. However, we change your garment as often as necessary until you are 100% satisfied with it. So far, our custom-made products have all fitted right away.

How do I care for my clothes?
Please note the care instructions on our items.
In general, we tend to wash our clothing too hot. To keep your favorite clothes in good condition for as long as possible, we recommend washing at low temperatures between 30° and 40° C on a gentle cycle.
Tumble drying is also very popular because it saves time. The fibers of the clothing are heavily stressed by the dryer and they lose their durability. Natural fibers tend to contract when it's hot, so your clothing may end up being tighter and shorter.
